Verchovyna School

Since its beginnings, Verchovyna has witnessed hundreds of dancers embrace the unique Ukrainian Culture and Traditions through dance.  All performers are passionate about Ukrainian dance and dedicate themselves to their love of dancing through hard work and devotion, ultimately continuing the tradition of the Ukrainian heritage.

We aim for all dancers to have opportunities to perform throughout the year, this is essential to building their confidence and self-esteem!

Verchovyna’s program includes a syllabus created by the current Artistic Director Melanie Moravski Dechnicz. Melanie co-ordinates all areas of the ensemble, including the Teachers and choreography.

The ensemble rehearses Tuesday evenings in Essendon.
